Consul General of Belarus in Mumbai Meets with Minister of Information Technology and Culture of Maharashtra

On 26 September 2026, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Mumbai Aleksandr Matsukov held a meeting with Adv. Ashish Shelar, Hon. Minister of Information Technology and Cultural affairs, Government of Maharashtr.

During the meeting, the parties considered issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of information technology, outlined further steps for its development, and emphasized the importance and necessity of direct interaction between representatives of the IT sector of Belarus and India.

Projects in the field of culture, including cinema, that have been held and are planned to be held in Belarus and in the Indian region were iscussed.
