Consul General of Belarus in Mumbai met with the Head of the India MEA Branch Secretariat in Mumbai

On April 7, 2026 Mr. Aliaksandr Matsukou, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Mumbai, had a meeting with Mr. Swapnil Devidas Thorat, Regional Passport Officer and Head of the Branch Secretariat of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, in Mumbai.

During the meeting, the parties discussed various issues of bilateral cooperation including those of migration and visas, as well as in the field of healthcare, tourism and culture.
