On the meeting of the Ambassador of Belarus to India M. Kasko with the Secretary of the Ministry of Fishery, Animal Husbandry and Dairying of India Ms. Alka Upadhyaya

On April 24, 2025, a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of India M. Kasko and the Secretary of the Ministry of Fishery, Animal Husbandry and Dairying of India Ms. Alka Upadhyaya.

During the conversation, topical issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of animal husbandry were constructively discussed, in particular, the possibility of growing export and import of animal products, certification of dairy products, training Indian students and specialists in agricultural universities of Belarus, participation in agricultural exhibitions held by both countries.

The Indian side is invited to take part in the 35^th International Exhibition “Belarusian Agro Industrial Week BELAGRO 2025” on June 3-7, 2025 in Minsk.

Agreements were reached on the consideration of Belarusian proposals by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of the Republic of India.
