Consul General of Belarus in Mumbai met with the leadership of the Maharashtra Legislature (India)

On March 11, 2025 Mr. Aliaksandr Matsukou, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Mumbai, met with Mr. Rahul Narwekar, Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly as well as Mr. Ram Shinde, Chairman of the Maharashtra Legislative Council.

Within the meeting the issues of interregional ties development including parliamentary dimension were discussed. It was a courtesy call.
The Legislature of Maharashtra (India) is represented by the Legislative Council (Upper Chamber) and Legislative Assembly (Lower Chamber).
