All visa applications will be received by the Embassy upon prior appointment starting from October 7, 2024

Please be informed that starting from October 7, 2024 the Embassy will be receiving all visa applications only upon prior appointment.

To book an appointment, please, send an e-mail only to india.consul@mfa.gov.by (please, don’t send to india@mfa.gov.by).

In your request, please, specify the information about your purpose of visit to Belarus, period of stay, name of the inviting company/person, permanent address in India (for Indian citizens only) and wait for the reply of the Embassy with the date and time slot for your visa application submission.

The replies will be sent within 5 working days.

Please, note that the appointments will not be provided by phone or through any other means of communication except of e-mail.
