On the meeting of the Ambassador of Belarus to India M. Kasko with the Minister of State for Commerce and Industry of India J. Prasada

On June 28, 2024 in a warm and friendly atmosphere a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of India M. Kasko and the State Minister for Trade and Industry of the Republic of India Jitin Prasada to discuss current issues of bilateral cooperation in the trade, economic and investment fields.

During the conversation, the state and prospects of the entire complex of Belarusian-Indian cooperation in the trade and economic field and the implementation of joint projects were substantively discussed. The issues of organizing the next 12th meeting of the Belarusian-Indian Intergovernmental Commission on Cooperation in the Field of Economics, Trade, Industry, Science, Technology and Culture were considered.

Agreements were reached on assistance from the Indian Ministry of Trade and Industry to the growth of bilateral trade and the development of credit and investment cooperation, as well as the expansion of interregional cooperation between the Belarusian regions and the states of India.
