H.E. Mr. Vitaly Prima presented to H.E. Dr. Ram Baran Yadav, Right Hon’ble President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, the Letter of Credence
04.09.2014On September 4th, 2014 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of India, the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the People's Republic of Bangladesh with residence in New Delhi H.E. Mr. Vitaly Prima presented his credentials to Right Hon’ble President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal H.E. Dr. Ram Baran Yadav.
The ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace “Rashtrapati Bhavan”.
H.E. Mr. Vitaly Prima and Hon’ble President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal noted significant potential for the development of the bilateral dialogue during the meeting, held after the Presentation of Credentials, the sides.
The Parties stressed the readiness for closer bilateral cooperation in political, trade and economic, cultural and educational spheres, expressed confidence in further promotion and strengthening of ties between the business communities of two countries.
After the meeting H.E. Mr. Vitaly Prima made an entry in the Guest Book of the President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.
Within the framework of the visit to Nepal passing from 3rd to 5th September, 2014 H.E. Mr. Vitaly Prima held negotiations with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal H.E. Mr. Mahendra Bahadur Pandey and Acting Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal H.E. Mr. Shanker Das Bairagi on September 4th, 2014.
The Parties discussed the current status of bilateral relations and perspective directions of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal with a focus on trade and economic component. The Parties agreed upon the necessity of activation Belarusian-Nepalese relations in all directions, on expansion of cooperation on international forum, as well as on development of the legal basis of bilateral relations.
H.E. Mr. Vitaly Prima conducted a meeting with the Minister of Education of Nepal Ms. Chitra Lekha Yadav. The Parties discussed issues of cooperation in the field of education in the context of the use of scientific and educational base of the Republic of Belarus for training of Nepalese students to be deployed in the national economy of Nepal.
