Visit of the Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina to the Republic of Belarus July 8-10, 2013
08.07.2013July 8, 2013 the official three days visit of the Honorable Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina to the Republic of Belarus began.
During the visit the Prime Minister Shekh Hasina will call on the President of the Republic of Belarus Mr. Aleksandr Likashenko, will hold talks with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Mr. Mikhail V. Myasnikovich, as well as with the leadership of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and other high officials.
During the negotiations the Paries will exchange views on the potential of bilateral cooperation of two countries in the sphere of trade and economy, industry, science and technology, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, educatuion and culture. The Parties will discuss the perspectives of further development of the Belarus-Bangladesh bilateral relations.
As a result of the negotiations a number of intergovernmental and interagency agreements will be signed, icluding the agreement on avoidance of double taxation, in the sphere of promotion protection of investments, atomic energy, agriculture, education and culture.
During the visit Belarus–Bangladesh business forum will take place. Prime Minister of two countries will take part in the above forum. A numer of business contracts and memorandums of understanding will be signed during the forum.
