On participation in the Award ceremony and business seminar in Bengaluru

Senior Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of India Vitaly Mirutko on 04.24.2022 took part in the ceremony of the “National Award for Business Excellence 2022” organized by the India Global Business Forum, and a business seminar in Bengaluru, the capital of state of Karnataka.

The Award ceremony for about 40 representatives of successful business was held by the Hon’ble Governor of Karnataka Shri T.C. Gehlot. It was attended by heads and representatives of a number of diplomatic missions —  Belarus, Trinidad and Tobago, Fiji, Niger.

Senior Counsellor V.Mirutko made a presentation on the export potential of Belarus and the possibilities of business cooperation with Belarusian enterprises, as well as the attractiveness for potential Indian investors of the “Bremino-Orsha” Special Economic Zone with its transport, logistics and production facilities.

Within the framework of the business seminar, the possibilities of participation of Belarusian enterprises in increasing exports to Bengaluru and the state of Karnataka in general, establishing direct ties with Belarusian manufacturers of trucks, construction and agricultural machinery and prospects for the supply of specialized municipal machinery for waste management system, as well as cooperation in the fields of higher education and culture with this twin city of Minsk were also discussed.
