About red level of emergency in Sri Lanka

Following the declaration of the highest red level of emergency in Sri Lanka due to heavy rains that have led to landslides and floods, and the rising number of dead, injured, and missing, the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of India and Sri Lanka (concurrently) recommends that Belarusian citizens in Sri Lanka avoid areas prone to flooding and landslides, and follow the instructions of local authorities.
