Ambassador of Belarus met with the Minister of Agriculture of Bangladesh

On June 28th, 2019 during the visit to Dhaka Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of India and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (concurrently) Mr. Andrei Rzheussky hold the meeting with the Minister of Agriculture of Bangladesh Dr. Muhammad Abdur Razzaque.
The parties discussed further development of promising areas of bilateral cooperation, including the cultivation and processing of potatoes, dairy and meet production, supply of Belarusian agricultural equipment to Bangladesh, as well as transfer of  technologies for food production.
An agreement was reached on sending a group of Bangladeshi agricultural engineers to Belarus to hold direct talks with Belarusian counterparts and, in perspective, the visit of Bangladesh's Minister of Agriculture.
