Belarus Education Minister met with Indian delegation in Sochi

On October 21, 2017 H.E. Mr. Igor Karpenko, Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus, met with Shri. Sudhanshu Kumar Pandey, Under Secretary of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, and the Indian delegation on the margins of the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students at Sochi, Russia.

During the meeting both sides signed the Joint Action Plan of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of India in the Field of State Youth Policy for the years 2018-2019, which will provide for practical implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Republic of India that was signed earlier on September 12, 2017 during the State Visit of the President of the Republic of Belarus to India.
